致各位供应商：

衷心感谢贵公司长期以来对于我公司的鼎力支持与配合！为了配合质检部门的检查，也为了更好规范我公司规章制度，我司将从20xx年3月1日起执行新的收货验收规定，现特此告知以下具体要求。

一、各供应商以后在发货时请随货附上本批次质检报告一份，必须是供货单位质量部印章、质检部印章、报告书专用章或公章，印章需清晰；

二、检验结论需为合格；

三、检验报告书载明的品种名称、规格、批号、生产厂家需与来货产品信息一致；

四、同一品规、同一批次的商品只需附一次质检报告。

我司验收将严格按照《药品管理法》、《食品安全法》（20xx年修订）的规定进行。如发现来货商品不符规定及以上要求者，将现场予以拒收，由此种造成的一切退货费用由供方负责，货品由供方负责退换。
