留学马来西亚体检准备攻略

一、体检准备

1、材料准备

要准备的材料不算多，主要是大家的身份证明，即本人的护照和签证，由于是新生居留和学生卡可能还没有发放，所以直接出示自己的护照以及签证，就足够证明本人的合法身份了。

然后是进行体检的表格(Health ExaminationForm)，可以抵达后领取，也可以直接在上下载，里面又涉及到基本信息的内容是需要自己填的，而且还需要贴上最近的照片。

2、身体准备

体检的前一天要保证正常的饮食和作息，这样才会有一个比较健康的身体状况，而且当天要记得吃了早饭再去，不然可能会低血糖，而且要记得多喝水，因为要进行尿检。

女生要特别注意避开经期，因为体检中部分的项目是在经期的时候不能做的，大家再进行预约的时候，一定要保证自己不是在经期或者即将到来，保证自己能够完成所有的项目检查。

二、体检地址

基本上各大合法的诊所和医院，都是可以进行体检的，其结果都会受到认可，大家选择距离自己比较近的就可以了，不过由于需要进行胸透等检查，所以要确保诊所有X光设备。

三、体检流程

首先要做的就是填表，完善表格的基本信息，如果大家在家已经填好了可以在现场节省这一步骤，然后就是接受尿检，需要去厕所取样，记得多喝水才能够顺利的拿到样品。

紧接着就是去五官科进行视力、耳鼻口的检查，近视的学生可以直接报自己的视力，这样不需要摘眼镜，还需要测身高和体重；紧接着是测量血压，然后会抽血准备样品检查。

最后就是去进行X光检查，对内脏进行直接的胸透，需要脱掉上衣，女生也要脱内衣，检查是比较快的，大家不需要担心，整个过程大概两个小时，完成后就可以回家等结果了。

三、生活类

1、衣物：马拉西亚是没有冬天的，所以羽绒服等非常厚的衣服是不需要带的，多带几件T恤，就你们平时在国内夏天穿的衣物就可以，鞋子也是。衣服、鞋子在马来西亚好一点的都比国内的要贵，所以还是从国内带过去会好一点。

2、文具：你在上课的时候做笔记需要用到的笔记本还有荧光笔，铅笔、橡皮擦、笔芯也都带上，如果你使用钢笔的话，也带一瓶墨水过来，还有小型的订书机等等，你可以把这些东西都放在你的文具包里面不会散落出来。

3、洗漱用品：洗漱用品虽然在马来西亚的超市里面有卖，而且还便宜，但是短时间你可能没有时间去购买，你可以从家里带少量的过来，等到把这部分的用完之后，再去超市买，还有一些护肤品这里也是要比国内的要便宜，不需要从家里带很多过来。

4、药品：带一些常见的药品，比如感冒的、过敏的、止痒的、中暑的等等，平时用药就可以治好的小病就不用去诊所了。

5、防晒用品：马来西亚的天气非常的晒，防晒霜是最最重要的，还有太阳镜、太阳帽、遮阳伞，这些可以把它带齐。

6、电器：手机、电脑（有就带过来）、充电器、电池、插线板、转换插头（这个其实在马来西亚也有，还是带着比较好）。
